So I have this friend that ive known since i was 4. she's nice enough but last year I lent her a dvd and she never gave it back, when I asked her for it she said she lent it to her cousin. I asked her cousin about it and she never had it. then last week i was at her house and I seen it. the back was all scratched and she had lost the box. She said shed buy me a new one but I doubt that will happen.
Then a few days ago my other friend asked her about a game she lent to her and she said that I had it even though I seen it in her room the other day in as bad of a condition as mine.

so what I'm really asking is should I keep her as a friend or not.

Well, it seems like maybe your friend just has issues taking care of things. That's not a very good reason to end a friendship, so try not to start anything with her (or him... can't remember the gender, sorry).

My advice to is to just not lend her anything anymore. *shrug*

Yeah. Don't lose a friendship over something like that. Just remember never to lend her/him anything in the future.
