For anyone who has seen the French spoilers, you know what I'm talking about. Practically the saddest scene in Dasey history.

| Actually, I took that scene as pro-Dasey. Derek looked way too crushed for someone who agreed. I would think if he really believed that step siblings and real siblings were the same concept, he wouldn't have looked so devastated. |

^I agree 100% with Dani. I've only seen the last part of the said episode in French, and even though I didn't understand a word of it, I think Derek was indeed disappointed that Casey thought of him as a brother. And when he said "Step-brother" Casey looked taken aback and was probably hesitant when she said "Same thing." Dasey for sure isn't going to happen with the tv series, but we still have two (if not one) movies to look forward too. I still have some Dasey hope left. Plus, worst case scenerio if it doesn't happen on tv fans can always pester Mike and Ashley to make an alternet ending scene via podcast.  They're both aware of Dasey and the fact that most of their fans are Daseyers so I don't think they'll really hurt us on purpose.

Totally agree with you that whole "same thing" act totally wasn't convincing. This brought back my hopes for dasey in the movie.

When I said it was the saddest scene in Dasey history, I meant that it was sad how he agreed with Casey. Erg...I'm not saying this the right way at all, but I agree with all of you. Hopefully that clarifies things.
