From TV Guide-
Episode Detail: Derek Denies Denial - Life with Derek
Derek breaks up with Sally after she announces her plans to attend an out-of-province college in the fall. Derek claims he's fine with the breakup, but Edwin doesn't believe him.

I made a new thread because I'm pretty sure this potentially awesome news will be much discussed. DALLY BREAKUP! Think it'll stay that way? *crosses fingers*

YAY!!! A Dally break up! As much as my feelings about sally are undecided.... both Derek and Casey have to be singe at the end of the season (or together) for my Dasey dreams to take place!!

On a sad note, I'm wondering if they get back together at the end... Isn't Sally still in more episodes? I don't think they will but I wonder why she comes back??

I'm not convinced they won't get back together, unfortunately, but HOPEfully Sally just sticks around as Casey's friend? And best case scenario, as the Dasey catalyst!

My head is so completely big right now.

I KNEW this would happen. It was the only break up scenario that sounded probable. I just hope Derek doesn't go around all depressed though.

Oh, my GOD. FINALLY!!!! The Dally-break up I have been waiting for this since they started going out. It's funny, when I don't imagine Sally with Derek, she's alright; I still don't like her too much, but you know who I'd like to see her with? I love this couple for some odd reason, not as much as Dasey and Lizwin, but I'd be happy if it happened: Noel/Sally. Nally. I like it Smile

BUT FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!! OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Altho i'm super excited about Dally breakup i too think it may not be permanent. But then again when Derek and Kenda broke up the first time they got back together then broke up again didnt they??? I really can't remember for sure cuz i mean its not like it was Dasey right? LOL, but if that did happen, it would be sorta dumb for Dally to break up then get back togther only to break up a few episodes after...

I like Nally, but i sorta liked Noel/Kendra (nendra? koel?) idea, it reminded me somewhat of Emily/Trevor and Dasey (personalities are the similar, gender opposite)

Yay!! Dally break up. But I dunno, isn't the actress for sally signed on for more episodes.

I'm kinda losing hope in Dasey....

I think at the end of the series, Sally would come back suddenly and dally will exist once more and noel will come back too and nasey will begin. Ah!! That is my worst nightmare.

I wish I knew if Dasey'll happen or not, because not knowing is sheer agony.
