Okay, I posted a bulletin on myspace, rambling about "March Break" and my friend messaged me saying, "Karissa, that is very strange." And I asked why and she said, "Because, ew, they're brother and sister."

I was pissed....they're NOT brother and sister!!!!
So ignorant!
And she goes to IB?!

I don't understand why people misunderstand Derek and Casey's relationship.

1) They're always referring to their step-parent by their first name.
2) They always stress the "step" in "stepbrother/sister."
3) Many episodes talk about the "McDonalds" and "Venturis" as separate entities.
