Most commom questions and their answers
1. Do I need a hire car and do you organize it for us? A: A hire car is recommended and available if you want to explore the island (3 or 4 days is enough). However, if you want to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of “PdM”, you can do without a car, since everything you need is within walking distance. We provide free of charge parking place. We recomend the HIRAUTO rent a car agent.

2. Is the property safe for children? A: The verandas, the balconies and the gardens are all made with the care and safety of children.

3. How far away from the property is the beach and how safe is it? A: The property has direct access to our beach. The sea is shallow, crystal clear with golden sand, ideal for romantic walks and swims!

4. Do all the villas have direct seaviews? A: Yes, all villas have direct sea-views also from inside the rooms!

5. Are there any other beaches near “PdM”? A: Yes, there are a couple more sandy beaches within walking distance from the property.

6. Are there shops and tavernas nearby ? A: Yes, there are many taverns and shops within walking distance from our villas.

7. How far is “PdM” from Zakynthos (Zante) Airport? A: 17 Km or 20' drive.

8. Do you provide transfer from the airport to “PdM” ?A: Yes, we arrange your pick up from the airport to your villa, up on your request. We have made an agreement with the local Taxi Union and the total charge of a taxi for up to 4 persons will be euro 23. If you are a larger partyor you have a lotof suitcases, it is best to hire a second taxi.

9. How would you describe the nearby location to “PdM”? A: Quiet, not very busy, ideal and safe for romantic walks ! All the amenities are within short wolking distance!

10. Will we have privacy? A: In your spacious veranda, in a few garden "corners", down in the beach!

11. Do you provide reception service? A: Yes, we are always here for any need or information

12. Do you provide food and refreshments? A: Yes, in our small residence bar (open only for our guests!) and in our beachfront garden.

13. Do you provide sunbeds for the garden or/and the beach? A: Yes, very comfortable and light.

14. Do I need to bring any household linen or equipment? A: No, everything is provided. We change linen twice a week.

15. How often are the villas serviced? A: Everyday the villas are cleaned and beds are tided, included the verandas.

16. Where can I wash and dry/iron our clothes? A: We can bring your cloths to a laundry near to us. We provide the equipment to dry and iron free of charge. Our cleaning lady could also iron your cloths at a reasonable cost.

17. What recreation facilities do you offer? A: We offer canoes, table tennis, children’s playing area, darts, big screen TV, games, residence bar, petanque, etc.)

18. Do you have any special evenings? A: Yes, normally every Saturday we do BBQ or make Pizzas in our clay oven.

19. Do you cater for special occasions? A: Of course, we can prepare special meals in our beachfront garden or in your veranda!

20. Is there any internet access and how can I use it? A: Yes, we have a wireless internet connection and it is free for our guests,

21. Are there other islands we can visit while staying at “PdM” ? A: Yes, you can visit Kefalonia island by ferry (twice a day trips) or the mainland (Peloponnese, about every 2 hours ferry).
