It's only a Michael thing and it's not the best but for my first try while using a program that's not really meant for picture manips I think it's pretty good.

Not the best? Dang I've done a lot of icons and a few banners and mine don't even compare to the awesomeness that is this. Dang amazing for a first timer.
On a side note, the longer hair is starting to grow on me (heh. No pun intended. But anyway, wasn't a fan at first.) but I still kinda miss the shorter long hair from the second season. |

I agree with you! At first I hated his season three hair but not I love it! (Season 2 hair was still the best though)

Season 2 hair was smexy! I still miss it myself but the Season 3 'do is kinda making it's way around.

I'm still curious as to how Season 4 hair will look. As seen in the VRAK-TV interview, it's short curls (which is so absolutely cute on him!).
I doubt they'll let Derek suddenly have curly hair. So it might resemble something like Season 2.
Season 3 hair has had its up and downs. In certain episodes I love it (Adios Derek is one), and in others, I feel it could use a slight trim.

His season 2 hair was nice but I can see why it's so long now. Since that's the way Derek's hair was suppose to look like in the beginning of the series. (according to the auditions podcast)

His hair was muy calliente in season 2. Definitely his best look. But the long hair is growing on me too.
