Whoo, many thanks for the nod, Penfold and for the excellent comments which mirrored my own thoughts almost precisely. I thought there were some crackers this week so was quite pleased to get the nod. For what it's worth, I think use of 'The Hoff' is quite clearly a stroke of genius, and I intend to make much more use of it!

Anyway, on with this week's challenge:

SAUSAGE MEAT

Best of British, judging on Friday, as per. Also, if you don't want me comment on your clue and let's face it, why would you? leave a note in your post or pm me before Friday.

Stuffing cock with prick.

Sausage and meat (as in beat one's) are both euphemisms for the one-eyed trouser snake.

Penfold has pulled me up before for posting rubbish so I'm sure he won't mind me pointing out that they are real stinkers!

On the other hand, they are at the moment the best we have so unless anyone is thinking of coming to the wicket before Friday, it'll be Penfold's by a walkover.

No offence, Penfold mate!

None taken.

I was hopeful of winning by a walkover until Anax popped up, the git.

My bad. I thought 'sausage meat' would offer all sort of amusing penis-themed wordplay, but it turns out there is actually very little you can do with it, so my apologies.

Let's call Anax the winner and move on, eh?
