The Ranks and Roles they have - Section 1

[Crockett]

Recruit(Rec.)- Recruited into the 15thAB.
Recruit First Class(RFC)- Has been in the unit for some time but has not yet been to BCT.
Private(Pvt.)-Graduated BCT
Private First Class(PFC)-Either has Graduated BCT with honors our has been a role model to the Privates.
Corporal(Cpl.)-First rank able to give out orders must pass Leadership 3rd Grade.(Can be trained by Sgt. and above)
Sargent(Sgt.)-Direct command over squad of 5-10 Men, Must possesses some administrative ability, Pass leadership training 2nd Grade,and great merit and potential.
Staff Seargent(SSgt.)- Gives out orders to Sgt.'s and keeps personell under him in check(1 per Platoon)
Technical Seargent(TSgt.)- Leads the "Techies" has no direct Authority over anybody else. Trains and is responsible for the"Techies"
Master Seargent(MSgt.)- AID(Advanced Infantry Drills) trainer usually trains the Sgt.'s and makes sure everybody is in check. Head DI(Drill instructor)
First Sargent(FSgt.)- Head MP(Military Police) Is the Platoon Sargent , If you have a punishment or demerit he carries it out. Makes sure you pull your weight it the squad.
