OT: I'm glad I'm not the only one who loves Drake/Josh as a pairing  and I'm glad Jannika got me into the pairing (by reading her livejournal picspam of them)
anyway, at least we'll get to see jelousy on Casey's part in the Dally--and hopefully Derek will notice! I'm sure things will be fine. Derek hasn't been able to hold a girlfriend for an entire season yet, so I doubt Dally will last that long. Only Dasey could last forever!

Now I think my version sounds much better, because there's a few mistakes going down the list. First of all, if Casey was a cheerleader before meeting Noel, then shouldn't it have been mentioned? Not mentioned, but at least implied in some way...Also Casey's still grieving over her break-up with Max, so A very Derekus Christmas should be after Allergy season.

^ I agree your version makes so much more sense, especially with Casey still greieving over *bleck* Max. Never thought about the cheerleading thing, yeah that wouldn't have made much sense for her to be a cheerleader in "Show off Tunes" especially since in "Allergy Season" she said since she started cheerleading she had to drop a lot of extracurricular activites, I think Drama may have been one of them.

It should be in that order but the more likely way it's gonna be played out is:
Things That Go Bump in the Night
A Very Derekus Christmas
Derek's School of Dating
Seeing as Allergy Season has already aired. It's more likely to be in that order.

Well, everyone puts up AMAZING points;
But I have not met a single ten year old, or heard of a ten year old that was interested in LWD.
Most of them are over-obsessing about HM or TSL and HSM to even think of LWD these days.
At first I didn't think Dasey was going to happen but when I was reading another topic in DN I saw one about how LWD isn't getting as much attention as HM or TSL.
Maybe Disney is getting LWD less attention, more controversial ideas/couple-hintings on other shows AND adding more and more hints about Dasey on LWD BECAUSE Dasey IS going to happen.

I agree with some of what was said earlier - I believe the Dasey IS intentional but not because they'll go through with it. It's just to give us the most they can while keeping it a family show, IMO. I'm also fairly convinced that if Dasey happened, Disney wouldn't air it.
Hell, does anyone know if Disney even plans on showing the rest of Season 3 any time soon!?

It's not that I disagree with everyone who does think it's teasing. But I don't think they're going to let one side down and the other one up. I definately don't believe the anti's will have the victory. If it was all for nothing, they would have stopped the charade long ago. This show wasn't originally supposed to even be about anyone else other than Derek and Casey. I think it's awesome we have Edwin and Lizzie, and Marti. But I view that as a blessing and a privelage. The show was originally supposed to be called 'My Life With Derek'. All about Casey and Derek. Period.
So getting the other characters along with them are awesome, but before they decided to write the other characters into this so much, and before they decided to take all these twists and turns with the storyline and confuse us with the episode lists, it was only going to be a story of a boy and a girl.
So maybe the story line has strayed and waivered a little bit. But what we've gotten, I refuse to believe is teasing and for nothing. Mike and Ash are good to us and probably do influence some of the screenplay - like the touching. But they didn't write the script to Grade Point Average, or Make-No Promises. Or Misadventures in Babysitting.
No, it was still written that they dress like a married couple. Act like they have kids together. That Derek has come to take Casey to prom. That Derek drives Casey crazy.

Sorry for such a long quote but this is exactly how I see it.
I don't know if the show will really go there but these aren't just little hints they are neon arrows. LOL |
