I absolutely love Drake & Josh. Before Dasey, D/J was my OTP(and still is).
The show is amazing and the slash is adorable :3
I was sorta horrified when I thought we had a Drake/Josh thread, and we didnt D:
Because D/j are the beeeeeeeeeeeeeeest slash step-couple evar.

They kiss, they grope, they cuddle, they spoon, they sleep together, they are meant for eachother.

I mean, how much cuter can a show get? Gaaah, I need to go read a fanfic now x3

Do you know any good D/J fanfiction worth reading? I noticed there's a lot of angst in the Drake and Josh fanfiction. o_O That surprised me. I wanted to find some good humorous in character D/J.

D/J are my OTP right after Dasey. It's kind of a tie. Which is funny, because I really haven't been watching the show for that long, I just fell into in the fall- inspired by a conversation I had with -destinyjen- over on the FFN LWD boards actually.

But yeah. I love them a whole lot. They're just the cutest thing. :-)

Drake/Josh just fits so perfectly. I typically don't ship slash, but they are just too cute together. (And I really wasn't surprised to see a ship for them after the Oprah kiss.)

Of course, I caught the "rocket/banana" episode today. I seriously wanted to "awww" during the first scene when they're trying to avoid playing with the model rocket.

Drake: Goes 95 miles per hour! Whoo-hoo! (sarcastic)
Josh: Pssh! Yeah. So stupid.
(stare at the rocket)
Drake: You wanna?
Josh: OH YEAH!
(They grab the model rocket with big grins on their faces and run upstairs)

In text, this sounds a little kinky. But it's kinky and sweet, and I just melt.

I think my favorite moment of theirs (not including the kiss) would be in the first season. When Josh dresses up like a lady in order to get into the mindset of an advice columnist, Drake starts to mock him. Then, he stands right in his face and says:

Drake: You're pretty. (with this little smirk and yeah ... *dies*)

I'm always sad by the lack of fanvids on D&J fandom- the lack of stuff in general. I'm so spoiled by Dasey. I love how active we are.

But anyway- that was awesome.

Haha. I've read it like five times too. That last chapter gets me every time. (There is that line about Drake being able to fit in a suitcase that just kills me!)

My fav line/paragraph from the story is in the second chapter.
'He whimpered, and Josh turned to look at him. For a moment Josh seemed to be arguing with himself; then he sighed, picked up Drake’s taco in his right hand, and guided it towards Drake’s mouth.

Drake took a big, hearty bite, and wriggled happily in his chair.

"Yeah, yeah," Josh said, and rolled his eyes, but he didn’t look that annoyed.'

So I'm watching Josh Is Done on nick.com. Omg is it sad I got like all teary-eyed at Drake's confession that he needs Josh way more than Josh needs him and that he's sorry and he sounded close to crying. =( Poor Drake.
