I watched a few episodes of Wizards of Walvery Place and got hooked on Jalex. It's cute, they have good chemistry and I at least know it's not gonna happen. Unlike some writers on a certain show...*coughcough* _________________
I saw this episode today, I don't know what it's called, but basically Justin is erased from everyone's memories. I LOVED it! I love this show now, of course not as much as LWD, but this show is quality. I love how Justin was teasing Alex about missing her brother, awwww. Why are they siblings!? lol they're SO cute. The mom was like why don't you date Justin and Alex is like Eww! haha
I'm actually working on this Jalex AU fic where it turns out Alex is adopted. If I put it on fanfiction.net, I'll let you guys know for all you Jalex fans. I really do love this show, if anyone knows where I can download the Wizards of Waverley episodes, please tell me!
Well, it's really easy to find Wizards Of Waverly Place episodes, just go to any Selena Gomez fansite, click on the Media section, and it should be there. If not, then go to another fansite, of all the ones I came across, only one site doesn't have any.
YAY! I really want to read that, because I am a admandant believer that Alex or Justin was adopted, since I don't believe in incest.

It kind of irritated me because my sister was talking about Wizards of Waverly Place and I told her that there is a Jalex shipping and she says "hmm I can see that" but when I mentioned to her the plot of LWD and Dasey she says "that's creepy"
I can't get into Wizards though, I think I was anti-wizards because I automatically thought of HP wannabe when I first heard of it. I also keep catching the middle of it. I too saw the commercials and thought they would make a cute couple but then found out they were related, really related. I watched some of the videos on YT and they were pretty cute. I'm kind of considering watching this show now. _________________
No. I can't do it. They are blood. The actors may have chemistry and if anyone wants to ship the actors: Fine...but I just can't bring myself to support it.
... (And I won't bash any of you if you decide to ship Jalex. It's just not my thing.)
I've gotta go with DMHV on this one. I was just poking around YouTube today and saw a Jalex, and couldn't believe how many shippers there were for a brother/sister pairing. I can't believe Disney is actually making these chemistry references either!! I won't go trolling with "ew, that's gross", it's not for me to care because it's a TV show, and one I don't even watch, but wow, the line is a little too blurred there for me. Would any of these people really be okay with it in real life? Also, I agree that it's completely unfair that we get the trolls for a step-sib couple. _________________ Theresa

I agree daseyshipper, dasey fans seriously get the short end of the stick with this one. It frustrates me that there are so many anti-daseyers out there, while jalex being related doesn't have the same animosity shown towards the couple that dasey shippers face for siblings who aren't even related.
But someone already mentioned this, I think. Sorry I can't remember who!

I cannot ship ship Jalex because they are blood related so its kind of weird people would actually consider to ship them. I just don't see that much chemistry between David and Selena or hardly any at all. Dasey does however have a huge fanbase but I think this is due to Mike and Ashley's Huge chemistry onscreen as well as off. I am really disappointed at the fact that people always complain about a pairing considered to be canon but support a real blood related relationship which makes no sense to me at all. I just don't see any sparks flying between Alex and Justin other then a sisterly-brotherly love because for one thing, they are nothing compared to Derek and Casey in my opinion. Now Jalex is what is supposed to be incest and I hope Disney is not planning to go in that direction anytime soon. The chances of Jalex happening are a lot slim because they are a real brother and sister and I doubt Disney will allow that to happen. I am a true and a real Dasey fan 4life. Hopefully people will decide to view Dasey in a whole different light especially the antis. I also do think as someone mentioned before that the idea of Dasey was planned to happen in the first place from the beginning despite them being step siblings or how many fans want it too. If the writers weren't for it then they wouldn't have dropped all those hints. I also think that the writers were aware of the huge Dasey fanbase since the first season. Casey and Derek are getting closer and closer in each new episode and I am sure there is a reason for it whether we see it or not _________________
I think it's mainly because Alex always pokes fun at Justin, and looks cute while she does it. Alex and Justin have the roles of Derek and Casey, only reversed (Justin is the keener, Alex is the slacker), so I can see why there would be an "opposites-attract" kind of ambiance. Though I've never really cared for the show itself, Selena Gomez is pretty fun to watch, and I get a few laughs out of their younger brother. I've also read a few Jalex fics, and most of them aren't that bad. And I agree with everyone about the whole sibling-incest thing. I know Dasey has a much bigger fanbase, but for every Dasey video I've seen there were at least 3 or 4 trolls bashing it on the newest page of comments. I just find it strange that I hardly EVER see any Jalex-bashing on their YT vids... sorry if some of this has been said before. I like to talk. When WoWP first aired on Family I kind of liked the show. I started to notice that there were a lot of Jalex episodes. I was always bothered by how Disney made incest episodes (including the Jacksannah epiosde in HM) but made Dasey seem wrong and like it was never going to happen. I'm not a Jalex fan because even if they weren't biologically related they have grown up believing they were so it still would seem a little wrong. Yeah I really hope it's true... soften the blow lol... And yea, that Jacksannah episode was so weird... I know that Miley and Jackson weren't REALLY doing anything, but this is Hannah Montana for crying out loud... lots of little kids watch it (and REAL little kids, not those who would watch LWD). And that little statement by their father "Why didn't you break up with your sister" was a bit much... Yeah, I agree. I dunno if I'm Anti-Jalex or I'm just not into it, but it would still kinda be incest even if they weren't related because they grew up together believing they were brother and sister. I mean, what happens if your brother turns out to be adopted, would you then realize that you like him or something like that? No, because he would still be your brother.
You see, I love Dasey because the two actors have so much chemistry (more than Alex and Justin >< sorry to any fans) and they're not related at all and they met each other when they were 15 and they don't consider themselves siblings.
But I can see why people like Jalex because the actors kinda have this chemistry going on between them, but I still am against it. They're related by blood for crike's sake.
Its so unfair how Disney slips in lines that are incestuous and yet they're afraid to show Dasey who are step siblings not even blood related. I mean, seriously, Jacksannah? When I watched that episode, I was like "whoaaa, didn't know Disney could go this far" and in WoWP, when Justin wasn't Alex's brother, the mom was saying "You should date him" my mouth just dropped. Disney's hardcore. Also, Alex and Justin always have this sentimental moment in the episode...and when Justin was naked (invisibly) and Alex was staring, it was weird....but if Disney can show that, they can certainly show Dasey!
Hah, I remember this one episode where Justin was getting love notes and it turned out to be from Alex (as a joke though), and Justin hiding in the trashcan to find out who was giving him the notes. Well, Disney made the lunchlady (who was paid by Alex for no reason) slip in the note. But what would happened if Alex slipped in the notes herself and Justin would be like "wha??my sister likes me?" They should totally do that for a life with Derek episode!! *fanfic is being created in my head*
I like WoWP :] Its a funny show, but I like hannah montana more...(yes i know hannah montana, just because its really popular and loved by little kids doesn't make it any less funny :] oliver and lily always cracks me up) and if Hannah Montana, the most popular show on Disney, can show Jacksannah, then why not dasey? _________________
