The Macchi c 100 was a 3 engined development of the C 94 flying boat only larger with a raised cabin. Possibly 4 were built.

Any chance of a 3 view & some pics please.

There was a five page article with 1/72 drawings in the March 1983 Aerofan magazine (issue #19). I don't know anyone with a copy though.
