STATUS UPDATE ON SHAFTESBURY PROJECT?

Quotes update! 8 more episodes (and some typing) to go out of my 26. I've been noticing that a lot of the Dasey is more moments than quotes, but I've still got some good stuff.

So, is it ok to email them once Judy and I have combined our work, or is this supposed to come snail mail?

Anyway, I meant to post the list of what sites I have on the list so far on Tuesday, but I had other tabs open with study stuff and homework and ended up closing the browser when I was done completely forgetting that I had a post box open in another tab. I might have to pass this little project off to someone else who has much more time than me to finish (the descriptions) because I would really like to focus more on the essay so I can get it finished. Even though the deadline is getting incredibly close, I had one last idea that could be fairly simple for the package.

I was thinking of a keychain/charm bracelet that would include items that were "reminders" of Dasey. Hula hoops, glass slipper (for Cinderella), whatever you could think of.

I just don't know how pricey or hard that would be to find. But it is an idea.

Also, has anybody grabbed the "daisy" idea. It's really simple and easy!

Note: There is some current discussion going on about extending the deadline date. This is one reason I made an "Update" thread about this package. I know many of us are feeling the stress of finals, and I don't want the package being halted due to interferences.

An extension would be great, but not so much that we miss the opportunity, I think. When does Season 4 start production, anyone know? Is that what this is timed for?

On my end, just one or two extra days would be fantastic, but I have to see where Judy's at.

Season four is already finished filming. I think we were aiming for it getting there before the movies start being written.

The movie will likely be filmed this summer. When I say extension, I'm thinking along the lines of 1 or 2 weeks tops. This package needs to be in Shaftesbury's hands by the end of May/start of June.

To DaseyVenturi ... that is quite the list you have! I enjoyed the DeviantArt page, since I've never seen it before. (They really should include some of greenfiend's drawings though.)

I'm trying to think of anything else the list might be missing. It's hard though, because I think you've covered it. But I agree that we need some sort of "description" for these sites.

I could really use at least 3 or 4 extra days, but then, we also have to combine and ship it (if were doing snail mail) and i have no clue where to send it and what not...so we REALLY need a little more time!!!! i think even if we extended it a week, we would still have enough time to for shaftsbury to see it before the making of the movie...at least thats my opinion...
btw, Daseyshipper, i noticed that they were more like moments too, but i definetly think we will have some awsome quotes! Very Happy

we also really really need to decide on a format...like today! unless youve thought of something...i think i have some ideas and will PM you later. Smile

An exension would be AWESOME! I only need a couple more days. Haha. I have half of it finished. I have the cut out cut out and now I just need to make it look like casey and add the post it notes. YAY!

Thanks, Snoop. That helps. Yeah, I found the DeviantArt search very interesting too. If there's an extension, I'll still do the website descriptions...

And yes, an extension sounds very good. I have a Business Plan Final due Monday, I have finals all next week, and I was planning on staying up all night tonight just to finish the essay. So you mentioning 'feeling the stress of finals,' you were right on.

Daseyshipper and I aren't quite done yet. Were not decided on a format yet and won't be merging anything till at least monday/tuesday.
As for Steph, I don't think she's been online in a while and that's why she hasnt returned anyone's Pms. I think it's safe to say we have a little extra time to finish for those of us who haven't?
Can we possibly make that unoffical extention...a little more offical...maybe when Steph comes back to us about where to send it?
And yay for s'wonderful-s'marvelous you finished!

^ The reason I mentioned the extension in the first place is because of Steph. She sent me an e-mail asking my thoughts about an extension.

I told her what I told you guys here. So I think an extension is more than likely happening.
