I am Helen... I have been watching Life With Derek for a long time, and I can't get enough of the show... I am an oddity, as my favorite show is "The Poxfather"! I have just always LOVED that episode! I dunno why, but I just love it! 
I am a former anti-Dasey... I never really posted anti-Dasey stuff, but I did comment quite often how I thought that it was incest/disgusting... I've learned since then that, no, it's not.  I remember it driving me crazy that the only fanfiction I could find on fanfiction.net was Dasey! I was like, 'are you joking me?' It drove me nuts... 
Until I read a Dasey story (Paul's Case Files and Life With Paul) less than a week ago... I posted a review on Life With Paul as the following:

The author, bsloths, sent me a message back with the link to jannikajade's manifesto... 
I was forever changed. I finally got over the whole incest/disgusting thing, because really, it's not... They're not blood related, and it's, as Derek put it, "an accident by marriage". So I finally got over that and joined the bandwagon, and embraced the Dasey love! 
Jannikajade fully convinced me! Her links linked me to here and the rest of it is history! I've been lurking around here for the last day or so, reading and LOLing at some of your posts (especially the Caption thread... So humorous!), and now that my account has been activated (finally) I can POST! And post! And post away!
