I know someone already had a GG WYP thread, but mehh, my ships are different. So here 'tis.

Numero uno: Serena/Chuck.
Okay, they're officially stepsiblings now, which means they are officially my OTP. But honestly, when Chuck was helping Serena with Georgina? Too darned adorable. They make me smile lots. AND while Blair/Chuck had NOTHING in the books, Serena was the only girl (and I'm saying girl because the books did end with Chuck/Greg, lol) Chuck actually fell for. His obsession with her turned slightly creepy, and Serena hated him, but come on. Chuck was usually just a slut, but he actually LIKED Serena. Too cute.

Numero dos: Dan/Blair.
Blair doing her little dance and Dan giving her an amused look? 'Nuff said. They barely know eachother, and yet they continue to be touchy-feely. I really don't need to say anymore. AND they've always had that hint of hatred for eachother.

Numero tres: Nate/Jenny.
It's mostly the books that have made me love them so, but Nate's worry over her when she was in the battle with Blair was too cute. Now that Jenny's over that, I'd really like to see their relationship in season 2.

Random: Bart/Lily.
I don't like Lily. I don't like Bart. I've been watching the first half of Gossip Girl (finally) and they are really cute. They deserve each other. I'm not huge on shipping the parents, so that's my only opinion on them really.

My Book Ships That [sort of] Lead Into The Show:

- Dan/Chuck -
Jeewiz, when Chuck almost kissed Dan in the last book, I just about died with happiness. Stupid Greg had to go and get between them though. And then Dan had to turn straight again. I want to sick a rabid squirrel on Greg. What a creeper.

- Serena/Nate -
They were there before Nate/Blair. Nate never thought romantically of Blair until Serena let Blair have him because Blair was bats--- crazy. Nate loved Serena first. He only got with Blair because Serena made it seem like she was going after Chuck, and Nate felt rejected.

- Dan/Vanessa -
Because they're soulmates. Vanessa stayed with Dan even when he turned gay. That's true love.


I don't necessarily mind Dan/Serena, because they're sorta-kinda cute in the show, but I HATE them in the books. Dan literally stalked her. He wrote creepy poems about her and kept pictures all over his wall. No wonder they didn't last long.

I've often pondered Serena/Chuck, but I think Blair/dan(Dair haha) would be FANTASTIC

Otherwise though, I kinda wish Eric wasn't gay in the book, cause him and jenny were pretty cute. Maybe I'll get lucky and he'll be bisexual.

But seeing as I havent read the books, I'm just going to go with the flow on this one.

I loveeeee Nate and Serena the most, second place Blair and Chuck. But yeah... Serenate for sure!
