I have to say that I was alittle disappointed with this podcast.
First off, no Dasey? Maybe there was but they edited it out but still!
Second off, was this alittle awkward had it not been for Mike's awesome social skills...and his super cool glasses? Seriously, I love those things!
Third, I almsot burst out laughing when, like fifty people come out from behind the curtains.
However, Mike and Ashley's cuteness saved that podcast from doom! _________________

Agreed, although I think (like others) they chose a younger fan to avoid that question.
I heard crickets a few times. I wonder if the girl would have acted differently had her friends not been there. (They seemed quite uncomfortable in the situation.) _________________
at first I thought the girl had a "who the hell are you" expression on her face but she seemed shy. I too was disappointed with the no Dasey reference. You're probably right about avoding the Dasey question so they chose a younger audience member.
How many pairs of glasses does Micheal have? Seriously?!
Could they BE any more like a couple?! My god it's like they can't go two seconds without touching each other! Same with Casey and Derek :p They are UBER cuteness! _________________
I know, but they were adorably sleeping on each other's shoulders/head in the car so that was daseyish. and they were like grabbing each other, him sitting by her legs. lol
I so wish I coulda won that. But, I highly doubt they'd leave Canada.
Although, I did know bob and sir monksalot. lol. not relevant. hehe.
No dasey questions. aww. That would have been my question when they asked does anyone have any questions. But, yeah, a younger viewer does pretty much eliminate that. Too bad. But she was adorable.
Oh, and I loved Mike's Hello, Little One. refering to the really little girl. LOL. I like burst out laughing. Hes adorably funny. _________________
"Der-ek! What did you do to the kids?!"
*The forcefield is activated.*
That was adorable when Mike was sleeping on Ashleys shoulder.
Mike and Ash seem like a lot of fun to hang out with!
I knew Bob but for some reason I thought her monkey was Mrmonkeyman or something. I'm a not a very good fan I guess
I thought it was funny when they were talking about Ariel saying "watch out for that G"
I was also thinking when they asked if they don't get along irl. EVERYONE knows Mike and Ash get along unless they're young and don't watch the podcasts or see the Dasey potential. _________________

That just goes to show she wasn't the ultimate fan. I believe this question has also been noted numerous times in magazine articles.
Do we even need to note the bloopers? In "Venturian Candidate," Mike hugs Ashley tightly. I can also think of a many more bloopers that involve they hugging or laughing.
So is this girl the ultimate fan? Not hardly. I think somebody should have sent a picture in of them wearing a LWD t-shirt with loads of quotes, pictures, and subtle Dasey hints plastered all over. _________________

Family didn't want to alienate their target audience by choosing someone older as in 15 and up. Which eliminates me automatically.
Also I think they know that older kids who watch the show are more prone to see the Dasey-ness and they probably didn't want to bring that into the picture because it would be odd for the younger kids.
If this was only broadcast on CTV or something, then we would have had Dasey by like, the second season or something. _________________
I agree, I think if the target audience wasn't so much younger, Dasey would already be an item. Instead they have to screw around with the older audience by dropping hints and foreshadows every which way.
They make sure we see the stuff that the younger audience wouldn't understand. _________________
Yeah I didn't think this girl was the ultimate fan at all. I also found the situation to be very awkward with Mike and Ashley trying to make the best of it. They defiantly should have chosen someone older and obviously a hardcore fan. Discrimination against older fans, darn you networks. _________________
