It was a fan made video. It's not a real episode. It was a video about Casey's relationships with all the guys.

Yeah, people who like to create the videos download the episodes and then you can spilt scenes and combine them to others and put it to music, and bam! Cool music video.

First off, when I said I thought I read that Sally was going to be in only 7 episodes this season, I wasn't sure. I have nothing to back up that claim which is why I said "but don't quote me on that". Second, Noel and Casey first met when she got the lead in the play in "Show Off-Tune", Noel played her love interest in the play. When he saves her from the evil pirate (played by Derek) they share a kiss. If you noticed they were both in costume for the play and it would be rather odd to have them kiss when D-Rock is playing.
LWD videomakers get very creative with their editing of videos. What you most likely saw was a clip from "Battle of the Bands" meshed with a clip from "Show Off-tune".
