Sorry to have just joined, but I was reading all of this and laughing and I find myself agreeing to everything.

I was just on the phone with my friend who obsesses over anime fanfics (I did that once too and sometimes still do) and I got into talking about LWD and I said something about Dasey and she said, "Dasey? Wait, Derek and Casey?" I said, "Yeah." I was afraid that she'd go balistic and be against it and everything, but then she said, "Awwww, that'd be sooo cute." Then, I was going over some fanfics I've read (dasey of course) and then she said, "Well, I just started Out of the Blue, I'll call you later once I finish."

Over-all, I was really happy that I got a friend into Dasey.
Yeah, I think you know you're obsessed with Dasey when you talk about it to anyone, including your parents. (I've done that too much with my mom and she just rolls her eyes and says whatever)

Okay I think this list needs a bunch more additions...here are some of mine. let me know what you think:

You know you're obsessed when...
-you find yourself dreaming up derek & casey's wedding rather than you're own
-you get really happy anytime you see or someone mentions a hula-hoop
-when you're watching lwd with a friend or family member you try to make them focus at dasey scenes and talk with them during scenes that involve characters like sally or max
-you've doodled dasey all over a notebook of some sort
-you've written dasey with your fingers on a fogged window or mirror
-you have asked a magic 8 ball, ouija board, or some other silly kiddy voo-doo if dasey will happen. and squee if it says 'yes'
-everytime you hear a new song you try to relate it do dasey somehow
-everytime you watch a new movie/play/tv show with a couple, you draw parallels between the couple and dasey
-you confuse fanfiction with canon
-you have pictures,banners, icons saved on your computer that you don't use but will still look at from time to time
-you memorized all the popular dasey lines. for example: "forcefield is activated" and "no one talks to my stepsister like that, but me"
-daisies are your favorite flower
-you've been in a heated debate with a anti-dasey about why dasey isn't incest and that they DON'T hate eachother
-you never actually SAID you were a dasey fan but everyone you have come into contact with knows anyway
-you are a mashley fan(deny it all you want, you know they look cute in those podcasts)
