I think Lies My Brother Told Me is one of the more epic Dasey episodes of season two.

And I was recently re-watching it when I noticed something.

Remember when Casey walks into Derek's room questioning why he was in Derek's room?

And then she gives a back-handed compliment. I was counting the seconds it took for her to state the back-handed compliment, and it took a total of ten seconds. If Derek was just walking to his room he would have to have super hearing to have heard the beginning of the statement.

And I doubt that he's some strange form of superman.

So logic tells me that he was standing by his door. Listening in to what Casey had to say. What would make Derek want to do this?

I don't know. It's kind of random and I thought I'd share the thought with ya'll.

hmmm... Well as a Dasey shipper Id say he wanted to hear what she was saying, cause he likes her and was curious as to what she was saying about him. XD, but that's just me.
