Derek is too good for Casey?

I have this friend (more my sister's friend because she is like 3 years younger than me but we still get along) who had never heard of LWD before.

I made her watch episodes on youtube (she doesn't get family channel) and she got hooked. We talked about it nonstop and pissed my sister off (yes the 12 almost 13 year old sister I'm always comlaining about). So yesterday, after she'd been watching the episodes for a few weeks I asked her what she thought about Dasey.

She said she didn't like it. I asked her why and she thought Derek was too good for Casey! I was shocked.

Both my sisters stick by the it's wrong or they're siblings reason but this girl doesn't care that they are step-siblings, she just thinks that Derek is too good for Casey (sorry for saying it again but I pretty much lost my crazy LWD loving friend, not really,). I was kind of too surprised to fight back.

I just kind of hinted that I had a lot of similar qualities to Casey and that she likes me (I'm also as lazy and laid back as Derek, at times, and as stupid and cluless as Ralph, still love him though). She didn't see the similarities. She still sees the funnier, crazier side of me. I can't help but wonder if her anti Dasey has anything to do with her recently found crush on Michael Seater. But she says she thinks that Derek's current gf is the best match for him. Sally?! I know! again I was in shock and a little pissed.

That's the most different reason i've ever heard! Who agrees? *raises hand*

that too bad and this is kinda a coincidence cause ive got a friend whos 3 years younger and i got her watching lwd i havent asked her about dasey yet cause i dont know how she'll react but i am going to soon.

^ I have to admit that I was nervous to know what she thought of Dasey (being friends with my younger sister, as well as me , had me worried that she was going to use the same old 'gross!' excuse)

So that friend I was talking about, yeah I mentioned dasey to her.
She was ok with it but she didnt seem too interested. She wouldnt really be the type of person that would be interested in tv ships.

But on the bright side she knew were I was coming from when i metioned the daseyness Very Happy
