This is the first finale where I've actually liked both contestants...

...but based off of last nights performances, I'm going to be rooting for David A. in tonights results show

OMIGOSH. David A. was awesome last night! And so was David Cook! I started tearing up when David C. started crying. Awwww.

So, originally, I wouldn't have been rooting for Cook quite so much if my mom hadn't spent the entire finale going, "Archie's going to win for sure. It's obvious." It annoyed me because I'm suuuuch a Cook fan.

So you can image how much I was screaming inside when Cook's name was announced. I was so sure it was going to be Archie so I was absolutely shocked in the best possible way.

(: And because of this I'm realllyyyy happy. AND they had that amazingly awesome clip with Ben Stiller, Jack Black, and Robert Downey Jr. Robert Downey Jr. makes everything absolutely amazing.

Yes, I enjoyed this finale much better than last year's.

I wasn't shocked when Seacrest announced Cook's name since the finale was completely spoiled for me when I went to a mall to buy a drink. I walk up to the drink vendor and ask for a shake, and while they were preparing it, they suddenly bring up AI and who won it. Just my luck. But I am still really happy that David Cook won. He is awesome. :]
