There's no logic in anything they have to say about this. Especially as season 3 continues to unfold and we have the entire season 4 that I know will be pumped full of Dasey? It's going to be interesting to see what they have to argue about next season.

I really like in Canadian people seem to be very open to new ideas and such. I'm sure in American it's that way too but it seems that the media in American can be alittle more closed-minded.

They defiantly are more closed off in America. It got worse with the wardrobe malfunction with Janet Jackson at the Superbowl. That's where they really started cracking down on what is shown on TV and even what was said on radio.

And I think America is wayyy more shut off when it comes to things like that showing on tv sitcoms. Obviously they let Cruel Intentions and Clueless fly. And the LWD fans here at least most of them ship Dasey, but when it comes to the media and sitcoms they are way too strict. I'm glad LWD is a Canadian show.

I'm glad too. It gives us more hope. I am american actually. I live in these States. But thank god for Canada! Haha. Because, tis true. Canadians do seem more open minded...I mean, they allow gay marriage where as here there are only a few states that allow it. -sigh- Why do they harp on anything that's different and not in the same values of theirs? Why ruin others happiness? You may not have to agree but if it isn't harming you, let it be.

*shrugs* But yes. If it really were a disney owned show, I think we would all be disappointed. Thank god its a Canadian show. Haha.

As for the intended topic (these things always steer directions.lol.) I seem to notice the brother/sister comment a lot. Its almost like I've memorized all of our comebacks. Because all of their points are the same. "They hate each other", "ew its incest"...the list goes on. Its almost as if I don't even need to think when I respond. Its all the same excuses. Some anti-daseyers just don't care for it where as others are just ignorant.

Sadly, the ignorant ones seem to dominate....and bash our videos and stories. Hm...I read this thread on tv.com where it was called: "Annoyed with 'Dasey'?" What I don't understand is why do they keep looking at dasey. Sure, our vids dominate other LWD vids and yeah, our fanfics dominate FF, and yes it does dominate threads...but if they're so fed up with it why don't they make their OWN videos, write their OWN stories, and come up with their OWN threads that have nothing to do with dasey. Oh yeah...cause they're too stupid to think of that. *rolls eyes*

It's weird because *I* personally hear "Ew it's incest!" most often. Which is strange because the whole 'ick' factor with incest is that the couple is blood related and would produce deformed children, not to mention having grown up in the same house since they were born.
