I rate this an 8. Because Casey compares her boyfriend to derek. "[you're] just like derek!"
And, derek says "its not like it was sexual harrassment" refering to what they were caught doing and somehow my mind went straight to the dasey gutter that we all have come to know so well.
Plus, Derek tries to help Casey by giving her answers on the test, even if that's wrong.
And, "I am the exception to all rules" is basically self-explaned. UST at that moment- where Casey is so jealous of Derek's better grade.

BTW, is this where I am supposed to put this? or should it be a discussion?

Actually he says TEXTual harassment but it still gives the same impression. This episode was definitely an 8. I mean the repeated 'throwing Derek onto his bed' thing could have been an episode in itself. ;)

well he meant textual because he was texting her but he was saying sexual text message harassment. hehe caught doing something.

dragging him out of the games closet throwing him on his bed. She could have just dragged him in the hallway and pushed him but no she chose his bedroom on his bed. Derek and Casey are so kinky. haha

I know this is going to seem really weird but I'd rate it about...a 3. This is probably my least favorite Life with Derek episode. I love when Derek and Casey fight, but in this episode Casey just seemed genuinely angry at Derek, no hidden UST. Plus, I love Derek, he's probably one of my favorite characters on television, but I just did not like him in this episode. He really annoyed me.

And what really irked me was that Derek basically won in the end. For me, there was no Dasey at all in this episode. When the episode was over, I was just mad. (I think what mostly ruined it was Derek, because he just seemed like a completely different character in this episode to me. I don't know, even I'm confused by my feelings for this episode. It just didn't feel like the LWD I know.)

To end on a happy note: I really do love the 'I'm the exception to all rules' quote. It's one of my favorite LWD quotes.

I actually give this episode a 9!!!

The 'textual harrasment', Casey throwing him on the bed, him trying to help her out on the test, her comparing Max to him, him glaring angrily at Max in the end scene, the part in the hallway where he bumps into her, and she's delirious and he helps her walk down the hallway along side her...it's all just great to me!

This is one of my FAVORITE episodes! It was written so cleverly. It's so entertaining. I remember the first time I watched it, I thought it was so awesome. I also give it a 9. Textual harrassment, wow now that I think about that, it's such a Dasey line. I love her throwing him onto his bed HAHA. I laughed so hard when I first saw that. Besides all the obvious Dasey, Michael Seater is just so talented! And his brother too.

I give it a 9.5, beacause I love all the Dasey parts. And I love the part where Mr. Gilmore demands they explain and they both talk at once and then Casey ends with ''.....And I don't want to be a foot model!'' And Derek goes, ''What?'' I laughed so hard my dog was looking at me weird. Laughing
