Basically, she said that Casey wanted a bithday party but it was too corny. So Derek organized a big surprise party for Casey. But she couldn't go to the party because she needed an operation.
In the end, Derek visits Casey at the hospital. It's a beautiful moment. He shows her the movie of the party where her friends speak to her. Then, her family and Max come to visit her. The final scene is the video on youtube.

*squees* He visits her in the hospital and shows her a video featuring her party guests? It's also great to hear that he improves her party.

I believe this episode airs this Friday in Canada, so I can't wait! I love when Derek does sweet things for Casey.

And. I love how Derek visits her first, not Max. It just shows how he is the most significant figure in her life.

Awwww! I can't wait to see this episode now! I was already looking forward to it, but Derek visiting her in the hospital?! .:Squeal:.

This also makes me think of The Bully Brothers where Casey mentions having to visit him in the hospital.

OMG I am REALLY excited now for this episode. REALLY excited! It sounds so Dasey. He visits her in the hospital!? He plans her birthday party? Not her boyfriend, HIM. I wonder what she needs an operation for. I can't wait until Friday now!

Hello everyone,

I am french and I saw this ep two days ago. Sorry for my bad english in advance. Casey tried to plan a party for her birthday: a elegant dinner with eight people (max, emily...). Derek heard about it and turned her project into a huge party at smelly nelly's with all the hockeye and the football team. However, Casey needed to go quickly to hospital to be operated for the appendicitis (yes, it's sound weird but it's true). She was really upset against derek because he transformed her plan to a party more his linking. But he came to visit her (the first not max or her family) and showed his video of the party.

There are two or three really good dasey moments: at hospital, this is obvious he cares about her, he was so sweet. then, she seemed really astonished by his "gift" (the video) and looked at him with a strange feeling in her look.

I figured it was appendicitis. It was really the only way I could understand Casey having a sudden surgery.

Yeah, I figured that she would be either getting her tonsils out or her appendix as well. How much does that suck getting it done around your birthday? :/ Anyway, I can't wait for this episode!! Very Happy
