Yay! Some of my predictions for this episode came true! Wow Casey in the hospital...so out of the blue.

I hope that Casey hugs him, I mean she would have to!!!!! (wow I felt like I was five when I said that)

For some reason, I'm picturing slight hand holding while Casey's lying in bed.

I doubt it'll happen, but it's really cute in my head.

Awww, that is so cute when I picture it, they're slightly holding hands, then it gets awkward and they let go, and look away from each other, lol.

... when the door bursts open, revealing Max/the rest of the family. Derek and Casey quickly pull away and try to act normal, and the last shot is of Marti staring at them because she KNOWS something just happened.

How's that? It probably won't happen... but hey, a girl can dream, can't she? Razz

Here's the scenario in my head:

Casey wakes up from her surgery.

Casey: *confused* Derek?
Derek: Hey, you're awake. *slightly grabs her hand* How are you feeling?
Casey: A little sore, but nothing too bad. Sorry I ruined the party.
Derek: Not your fault you had to go into surgery.
Casey: I know but...
Derek: But nothing, Case. I got you something. *reveals video*

And they watch the video.

Derek's probably a little OOC there, but hey it's my Dasey mind.

When I first heard about him visiting her in the hospital with the video, my first thought was 'wonder if he'll hug her?' The person who saw the ep didn't mention that but they also didn't say it doesn't happen. I still hold high hope for some sweet/tender touching. And I LOVE that Derek is the first one there and that he comes ALONE!

I'd really like to see the anti-dasey people say he hates her after this.

Okay finally ready to post in this thread!!! *insert loud squee* I'm so excited about this episode! I had read over this and decided to visit Accidentally In Love LJ as well to see if there were any further spoilers up, but not yet!!! I've also put a thread up in Dasey Discussion as well!
But how exciting is this??!
Derek visits her before anyone else??!?! Throws her a party?! Tapes it for her?! Brings her flowers?! (okay the last one I added, but still)
This episode will hold great things for Dasey...I feel sad she had to get the operation - but at least good came from it, a beautiful Dasey moment is born!
And I love everyone's theories as well! As I've stated before, LWD just keeps getting better and better for Dasey!
