Here are some newbie rules:
-assigning a mission must be approved by either me or Gaara
-You cannot curse on the forum no matter what!!!
-Once you have registered an account you must PM either me or Gaara
-Before fighting in the Arena you must reserve a time slot for we have a limited amount of Arenas to fight in
-If you can pick the name of your favorite character as your username
-If you have a problem with something going on in the forum then you must contact either me or Gaara and report the problem
-You may make your own Jutsus but you must submit them to either me or Gaara and we will tell you if you can use them
-And finally any special moves that your character can use(Ex. Sasuke's sharingon and Haku's Ice mirror) can only be used after you pass the Chunin exam
-If you are confused about fighting go to the Arena in the Cloud and view the Sample fight |
