I just purchased one of these (mint with footswitch, manual and the entire VL line schematics), and recall some mention of some design flaws that you can correct, can anyone explain what these might be so I can head them off at the pass? Also, has anyone ever had any extra hot rodding/custom work done to there VL-503? Not that it needs it but I'm going to take mine in for some minor servicing and wondered if anyone has changed out and capacitors/resistors etc... and what the results were? Thanx all! Mark
