Here are the first pictures of the landscaping new gardens by myself and the great stone builder all over Zante "Vagelis". The gardens will be oficially opened by our Golden Members Julie and Dave in late May 2008!
Hope we will all enjoy them.

Blady hell Tasos you have been busy. The new gardens look amazing. Bravo.We will be honored to officiate at the opening ceremony as long as there is a ribbon to cut with scissors and the Mayor will be there. Monsieur Gasparos.
PS. I thought that "Vagelis" was the great stone builder of Kefalonia! Oh and a little less garlic in the potatos next time please.

Dave,
You know that I am always pleased to offer more to our guests:
The cost of landscaping the new Beach Gardens will be more than euro 120.000 and hope everybody will enjoy the new place.
As far as your worry about raising prices, here comes the big surprise: All our 2009 guests will enjoy the 2008 prices PLUS all our repeat Guests will enjoy a 7% discount on the 2008 prices for 2009 bookings!

You certainly know how to drive a hard bargain Tasos.
If you could consider a 10% discount for 2009 then we
just might come back. Or have we already booked for
2009 - I`ve lost track.LoL. Of course I am only joking
old boy. As you must be aware holidays are much more
expensive for us now with the strong Euro so your offer
of a discount and price freezing is very generous considering
that you are constantly improving and upgrading your
facilities. Great stuff Tasos.

This is how the new garden area of Porta del Mar used to look. You can see that Tasos has been very busy over winter.

It`s ok Tasos. I have given Julie a severe thrashing and sent her to bed early. Also I have told her that there will be no ouzo for her this time. I think that that should be enough punishment but if you want to give her 50 lashes when we arrive then that`s alright by me.
