I have a VL-502 that I'd like to check the bias on. Can anyone tell me the procedure for this? I've seen elsewhere on the web approximately 40mA stated as the value for EL-34's. Since there is no resistor provided for reading voltage drop, do you need to insert one temporarily? If so what value and where? Or is another method used? Thanks, Kirk
