May I introduce perhaps a forum mascot?

Hi Again everyone.

This friday, I am purchasing a dog from waaaaaaaay far away(in the states). He's a beautiful blue merle (a very rare colouring)cocker spaniel.\

Why am I posting this here you ask?

Two reasons.
1)I wanted you all to see him.
2) as I was telling Dean earlier I want to give him a LWD related name.

Casey and Derek are sadly out of the question. Casey is too common a dog name, AND he's a male. and Derek is the name of an ex boyfriend, so it'd be very weird for me, and my friends. Razz

However, Dasey has been brought up as a name in and of itself. The only real downside is it sounds quite a bit like Daisy(another common dog name and not exactly masculine). But maybe I am just being paranoid. I want to know what you all think?

awww. It looks like a Dasey even. I wouldn't care about the name so much, as long as you understand why you named it like that.

Maybe, plus, he's like a combo of colours(even his eyes), like a yin AND yang. Just like Dasey. Razz

I love the different colored eyes. I think you should call him Dasey. Just pronounce it 'DAY-SEE' and it's actually quite different from Daisy (which is how I say Dasey)

Oh yeh, I totally understand that.
I say DAY SEE too. But I'm concerned the dog park peoples wont understand the difference. Razz

Awww! I luv him! The eyes are beautiful, and they deff remind me of Casey And Derek. Because Derek has brown eyes, and Casey has blue. So its like, halves of them on this baby.

How about...McV/Mac V/Any other way you can pronounce or write this?

A mix of Dasey's last names. Dasey is just way too confusing for Daisy.

So I was trying to combine names and it was just having such a crappy time trying to come up with something that even remotely sounded like it could be a dog name. Something that I could yell haha. Razz

But what about Venturi?
I realise its not in combo with Casey, but..... I dunno....
Macdonald is too long and un-doggy like. Razz
