Has anyone watched the episodes of Michael in it? I really want to sit down and make time to see them, from what I understand he played a pretty interesting role in the show.
For anyone whose seen it, what did you think?

| I've seen his character as Owen or Re-genesis. He did such a great job and it realy shows what a talented actor he is. Completely different role from anything he's played before. I honsetly was just curious to watch one scene but it was so good I ended up watching all the episodes with him in it. It's a pretty interesting show. |

| I watched the episode(s) with him in it on YouTube. He's an amazing actor and I certainly wouldn't mind seeing his face on the big screen in the future. He's a much better actor than a lot of the "Hollywood" stars we see nowadays. Does anyone else agree with me here? |

I absolutley agree with lady azura (sp?), Michael is a very talented actor, and these days they are hard to come by!, I loved him in regenisis because he was absolutley different from the other characters he has played on tv!, he can pull off a variety of personalities and character types!, he just doesn't play the same character all of the time, which I really like! _________________

^ Exactly!
He can play cool, angsty, nerdy, druggie, etc.
There's no end to what he can accomplish! <3 _________________

I absolutely adored him in ReGenesis. It's one of the reasons he's my current favorite actor (that and some LWD episodes, like Crushing the Coach. He was amazing in that episode.)
He's just really good at becoming his character. When I see him as Owen or Lucas (Blake Holsey) I don't even think of him as Derek.
I definitely hope they continue his character on ReGenesis at one point. They didn't exactly tie his story off. |

Mike's AMAZING in that role! He plays such a troubled character, but you feel for him. If anything, Mike is great at showing emotion and making the characters feel real.
I think that's why we're able to root for characters like Derek (and even Owen). Had lesser actors played the roles, I don't think would have been as well liked.
I've seen most of Mike's roles...and I think he will definitely have a bright future. He's very talented, and makes good decisions on what roles to play. _________________

I'm double posting due to an article about a public forum Mike attended that advocated the importance of science to high school kids.

^ That is so awesome. Seriously. It makes me want to become a science whiz... unfortunately, I'm just not good when it comes to science or math... otherwise, I totally would. _________________

I love science! It's one of my hobbies...which shows how much of a life I have..
But that's so cool how Mike is involved in all these issues. Its shows how much he cares. _________________

*sighs* I tend to think Mike won't reappear in the fourth and final season of "ReGenesis."
-----------------------------------------------------
A NEW WAVE OF BIOLOGICAL THREATS MARK THE FOURTH AND FINAL SEASON OF REGENESIS
The award-winning bio-thriller takes its final bow beginning Sunday, March 2 at 8 p.m. ET / 9 p.m. PT
Astral Media’s The Movie Network (eastern Canada) and Corus Entertainment’s Movie Central (western Canada) present the final 13 episodes of the Gemini award-winning Canadian original drama series ReGenesis, premiering Sunday, March 2 at 8 p.m. ET on The Movie Network and 9 p.m. PT on Movie Central.
ReGenesis continues to follow a team of scientists, virologists and researchers who work together at the fictional NorBAC (North American Biotechnology Advisory Commission) lab, facing the baffling and often lethal global consequences of advanced biotechnology. In the premiere episode of season four, Bob (Dmitry Chepovetsky) is put into a medically-induced coma to reduce the risk of infection resulting from the brain surgery he underwent at the end of season three; David (Peter Outerbridge) and Carlos (Conrad Pla) investigate a drug-resistant strain of tuberculosis that’s killing Mexico’s Zapatista revolutionaries; and Rachel (Wendy Crewson) and Mayko (Mayko Nguyen) travel to a farming community where citizens are suffering horrific injuries due to an inability to feel pain.
This new season will also feature storylines that follow such perilous cases as a mysterious outbreak consuming human brains; a high incidence of congestive heart failures triggered by a newly-marketed immunosuppressant drug; and a series of murderous crow attacks that threaten to shut down the entire eastern seaboard.
Returning to the series this season are Victor Garber as the misguided scientist Olivier Roth and Geraint Wyn Davies as pharmaceutical czar Carleton Riddlemeyer. Joining the ReGenesis cast for season four are Karen LeBlanc as Dr. Enuka Okimba, a new addition to the NorBAC team and Rosa Laborde as Nina Corba, a new love interest for Bob.
“To date, ReGenesis has produced 39 thrilling episodes over three seasons, garnered six Gemini awards and reached audiences in over 115 countries worldwide, including syndication in the United States — a clear indication of a home-grown success story,” said Michelle Marion, Director, Canadian Independent Production, The Movie Network. “The Movie Network is extremely proud to have been part of bringing ReGenesis to life and looks forward to giving our subscribers another season of the gripping, contemporary storylines that viewers have come to connect with.”
“ReGenesis has proved for three seasons that high-quality dramatic storytelling is a natural fit for Canadian pay television,” said Erica Benson, Vice President Programming, Movie Central. “The international success of the series further demonstrates that Canadian producers can deliver audiences around the world superior entertainment experiences.”
ReGenesis will simulcast on The Movie Network and Movie Central’s high definition channels and will be accessible each week on-demand on The Movie Network OnDemand and Movie Central On Demand.

I'm gunna watch the scenes with Michael Seater in them... Owen looks like he's an interesting character, from the 2 minutes I've seen!
Wow... Umm... I have been left *speechless*... Owen's character certainly is different. I'm liking his character, though. Very much so liking Owen.
Michael Seater really can pull off playing anyone... I'm curious to see him as Lucas in Strange Days, now.
I'm gunna watch those scenes again... Tommorrow. _________________

Dude, I went on a Mike Seater frenzy a couple days ago, and that means I went to YouTube, and there's this person (don't remember the name) who had all of his roles (other than Strange Days, which I have yet to see) posted in either a compilation or just the entire thing.
So I watched ReGenesis and... I was left speechless. I mean, that last scene, with David helping him out was so... depressing. I mean, it's great that Owen lived and everything, but look at what it did to him! I wanted to cry, man.
Which means that Mike Seater sailed straight up to my Top 5 Actors list.
And then I saw the compilation of On Thin Ice, and he was fantastic in that, too.
Basically, Mike Seater rocks. Completely. _________________ Shannon/SNN
