correct me if i'm wrong. I was watching Clueless one day because i love that movie more than life. And when Cher realizes her feelings for Josh, her step-brother...wait what?
yes indeed. and it dawned on me that when this romance came to be, no one took the slightest offence to it. And they actually started dating!
so tell me. is it so bad that Dasey is a dream? i mean, yes, Casey/Derek's parents are married but werent Cher/Josh's parents recently married or along the lines of it. i dont know. but maybe i'm just crazy.
hmmm....random thought i suppose. _________________ "Stop Thinking and Start Feeling!"

My memory is foggy when it comes to "Clueless."
However ... when the two teens start dating in "Drive Me Crazy," they don't even bat an eye when their parents tell them they're getting married. When they parents tell them the news, the teens just say they'll be at the treehouse. *winks* _________________

Proud owner of both movies ...In "Clueless" they are are ex-step siblings. But he still has a room in their house, helps her father, even refers to him as "Dad" a couple of times. They remind me of dasey with the touching, teasing, and the fact that they're pretty much opposites.
"Drive Me Crazy" like said above is even more mind-boggling b/c at the very end of the movie, their parents announce they're getting married at the time the two teens (opposites again) finally get together. which would mean they'd be step-siblings.
"Because I Said So" similar to Drive Me Crazy, except the characters are older, have two single parents and each of their children get together simaltaneously.
All three movies are PG-13 and can be seen on cable television and at your local video store so obviously Dasey can't be that ridiculous. |
