I was thinking about the whole Derek/Sally thing, and what her reaction to his kiss will be- and judging from "Show-off Tune", which is four episodes ahead, it looks like nothing happens not really.

I mean Derek spends that whole episode flirting with various girls('hold your own diaphram Derek!), plus if she was his girlfriend, or even if they were 'dating' or 'buddies' you'de think she'd be at the show wouldn't she? Which could have made Derek extra nervous- it's not like it wouldn't have fit the plot.

Plus the episode summary for "Derek's school of Dating" says:

"Derek and Edwin both strike out despite Derek’s patented dating
techniques."

So it does't look like they'll be together anytime soon. Although i've heard Kate Todd is back in Season 4.

I would just hate to see Casey and Max break up- FINALLY- to have Derek fall right into a relationship. Not that anything could ever be quiet as annoying as Max/Casey.

Anyways, I'm pretty sure nothing comes of Derek/Sally. Though I really never do know - the facts just seem to fall into place leading to them not getting together. She might come back in Season Four as a friend for Derek - of course - she's a co-worker so her role might just remain as that alone. But I guess we'll never know until we see it!

I'm so excited about Not So Sweet Sixteen airing this Friday. That alone is what's going to get me through school Friday...well that and it being three day weekend.

A lot of people who have seen Derek Un-Done have noticed how he reacted to the kiss after and I agree I think he moved on. It could have been either he realized after the kiss there was no spark or that all he wanted to do was kiss her and nothing more.

lol yeah the writers always like have Derek and Casey dating someone. If Casey isn't dating someone, then Derek is and vice versa.

I'd like to see Sally be only a friend to Derek. It can then show that he can have a friend who's a girl that he doesn't have to be romantically linked with.

Yeah I hate that whole up and down thing they've been doing to Derek and Casey. Making them unavailable to each other.

But yeah I think the same - Derek realized the spark was gone. He pursued her because she was a challenge. But he got the kiss. Bam, no more challenge, no spark...and Derek loses interest.

That would be nice to see. I 'd love to see them as just friends. It really doesn't seem like they can possibly have a relationship after this set up.

I'm kind of worried though- I'm a little afraid they're going to pair Casey and Noel right after the Casey/Max breakup, and I really think casey needs to be alone, and spend lots of time with Derek, right now.

Hmm. I guess we'll see.

Yeah I hope they don't pair her up right away. I mean if she just realized how much she has changed with being with Max then why would she think it would be a good idea to start seeing Noel? That just doesn't make sense.

Well i've been thinking it's possible that she's gonna be in season 4 not as his love interest. They still are afterall coworkers. Oh and it really bugs me now that Jannikajade mentioned it on her review. Who else works there? What happened to the managment?

Can't they EVER be single at the same time? Yes. Agreed 100% nothing will ever be worse than Max!

I always figured that they're always alone at the restaurant because Derek schedules it that way.

But yeah, I've noticed it too. I also think there was a mistake in "Derek Un-Done" in the final restaurant scene. When Derek enters in late to help Sally set up for the day, it's looks to be dark outside. I doubt that type of restaurant opens in the early morning.

I've also read a spoiler that there will be Derek/Sally in "Derek's School of Dating" I believe.

I like Sally as a friend/co-worker. I think she could help Derek find the Dasey. I definately don't see them getting together but we'll see what happens.

I don't think Noel is a recurring guest star, so I don't think he should be a problem.

I hope that Derek and Casey can both just be single until Dasey happens...

Yeah I hate Masey and Max too. We all know why Max should be hated. And the pairing of him and Casey together? That can't be much better. I feel sorry for her. He's been quite the idiot boyfriend.
